Lean Innovation
Lean Product Development |
| Nowadays, production is not just about manufacturing, but also creation; facilitating a focused inspiration and focusing the inspiration to a product or an improvement of a product that serves a need or a desire of a final client (whether this need or desire has been recognized by the final customer). This process of creation can be very important for the success or survival of a company as the current production process. |
| It is impossible to overstate the importance of producing a product efficiently, with as few losses as possible. The ability to create products more efficient and less costly is the competitive advantage that leads to success the leaders in the industry. |

Business Process Reengineering |
| Business Process Engineering (BPR) is an integrated system which includes restructuring the operations for all departments and even the entire company. Many companies created business strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and competitive advantage, but could not change the operations supporting the strategy. |
| The establishment of new divisions in work processes, application area and strategic units makes possible the separation of what is necessary from what it is not necessary. New processes, application areas and strategic units are recombined according to objectives, thus making clear the values to be supplied and resulting in greater speed and cost savings. |
| In BPR, we are redesigning work processes by determining the Business System Unit (BSU), acknowledging differences in key factors for success (KFS). Also we are strongly supporting the development of objectives, where operations and CS are related to the objectives of this process reform, to the use of standard database and the development of measures by three aspects, namely reorganization of functions, information/ work system and human resources reform: • Revitalization of organization functions • Work processes innovation • Flows redesign • Streamlining Administrative Overhead/Operations • Shared Services Introduction • Vizual information redesign • Computerization of work (such as SFA) • Making CS and improving productivity. |
Customer Relationship Management |
| Tracking customer satisfaction consists of a series of activities to deliver the value expected by customers. Activities include the challenge of customers to provide support through satisfaction with the provided value and increase the intrinsic value of the company (corporate value). |
| However, it is impossible to achieve CS only by improvements in the work area or by the "command transfer" theory to strengthen the CS. Overall corporate management should be prepared to make an effort to achieve CS. Corporate management should take initiatives like quickly understanding the expectations change, drawing of the real needs from the proposed values, building and maintaining a process to create values, organizing efficient operations and an information system. |
