Training’s goal:
EXEGENS® through this training shows you an ideal introduction in Lean Productivity techniques for manufacturing, services and commerce companies. The participants will be explained the basic principles, elements and techniques to continuously improving productivity. This training EXEGENS® is a part of the 19 trainings serie about productivity of the companies.
The goals of the training session:
the presentation of ways to eliminate losses from the business processes;
specifying the value from the consumer’s point of view;
the presentation of how to identify all the steps from the business processes (VSM);
the presentation of the problem solving techniques;
the presentation of the business continuously improving techniques;
the presentation of the improvement techniques for safety and health at work

The presentation of the productivity basic tools (with multiple examples, working papers and case studies):
   5S Workplace organization;
   5S Office workplace organization;
   Deming Cycle (PDCA)
   One Piece Flow,

   Visual Management and Visual Control,
   Kaizen,
   Value Stream Mapping - VSM (Current State and Future State);
   Work standardization;
Implementation: phases and strategy to implement productivity (Lean).

Costs:
The participation fee is EUR 260 (no taxes included) / person.
We provide: training map on paper and on CD, lunch and coffee breaks. Exegens is not charged with the additional costs for room and meal.
