Balanced Scorecard has emerged as an excellent tool to capture, describe and translate strategic objectives of the organizations into objectives fully understood by the organization as a whole, by the division or by parts of the organization and by all employees at an individual or group level, so that strategies be implemented successfully.

The training session "Balanced Scorecard: Planning and Implementing" lasts 2 days.

The two days of practical training focuses on all the activities you need to design and implement the Balanced Scorecard in your organization.
 
The methodology of the training session:
The training session provides a theoretical and practical approach. The training session will begin with a reminder of the concepts and techniques of traditional strategies and performance indicators. The training methodology includes: PowerPoint presentation, questions / answers, discussions in small groups, reminders, practical examples, demonstrations, case studies, video demonstration, simulations, role plays, participants learning from other participants, brainstorm, solving practical issues raised by participants. The training is based on the KAIZEN JAPANESE management philosophy (continuous improvement of business processes and reducing losses). The training is part of the suite of Productivity courses provided by Exegens.

Introduction to Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard Background
   
All you need to know about the Balanced Scorecard, including: how  the concept emerged, the four perspectives, the objectives of the "strategy maps", design and coordination of key performance indicators (KPI), causes and effects of business connections and how to acheive objectives through the Balanced Scorecard.
Design and Implementation of Balanced Scorecard
  
Theoretical and Applied complete presentation of all steps of design and implementation processes. Specifically, you will learn about: how to prepare the start, how to make the best teams, how to interview the company leaders, how  to Map the Strategy, how to determine what strategic measures should be taken, how to identify the achievable targets, the harmonization of initiatives, the reporting system in cascade, the connection with the budgetary system, change management through the Balanced Scorecard, strategic analysis design and construction, presentation of strategic analysis, measures and targets aligned to company, processes, teams and individuals, recovery of strategies, Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment Matrix).

Transforming the Balanced Scorecard in a Strategic Management System
   
Presentation of changing Balanced Scorecard and key management processes in a strategic management measurement system. Review main concepts: cumulative key performance indicators across the organization, the connection between resources and results and harmonization with the budgetary system, six factors of success in implementation.

The training ”Balanced Scorecard: Planning and Implementing” is also available in ”in-house” sessions. Companies must have a certain number of participants or require different types of courses.
