This training enables the participants to understand specifically the interaction of the accounting with other departments to achieve the objectives of the organization. By participating in this seminar, you will learn to improve the collaboration relations between departments and between managers using THE COMMON LANGUAGE OF MONEY from the financial situations regarding cash and income, at the Financial Accounting level, but especially at the Controlling (cost and budgets) level.

2. Information and examples of the financial - accounting full cycle.
3. Information and examples on the implications of commercial activities in the accounts.
4. Practical applications and information on funding needs and storage decisions.
5. A management system for storage and cash flow, with the financial implications.
6. Controlling - directions and examples.

The training program is specific for the Japanese KAIZEN Management type and aims to tackle competitiveness through continuous improvement of business processes and reduce losses. The seminar is part of series of training programs in Productivity KAIZEN.
