Process Mapping

Each organization is a collection of processes - technical and social in nature. These processes are typical business activities that the company runs to produce value, to meet customer needs and to generate revenues. Process Mapping involves the use of diagrams to visually explain the business processes currently in use. The goal of Process Mapping activity is to identify weak areas and strong areas in order to simplify the way business is conducted.
