10 advices for surviving in the global crisis:

 

1) Invest heavly on a long term bases in research and development in order to be able to establish realistic business targets during crisis (between 5% and 30% from the turn-over depending on the industry);

2) Make full use of alliances (clients/suppliers) in order to establish correctly the pre-conditions of the business – make safe your alliances by conceiving and pursuing the performance indicators: quality, cost and delivery time. Permanently redesign business processes following the correct value perceived by the client;

3) Improve on parallel management of advanced development and development design - think again about peoples sheets in order to allow them to think and to implement the improvement plans (between 8% and 15% from all employees time will be allocated for the improvement projecs). Continuous direct observation of the business process and quick reactios are the keys for the current crisis;

4) Work on improvement salesmen’s and engineers planning skills in order to develop the strategic thinking and to plan peoples skills to be achieved;

5) Analyse and implement steps to improve organizational design capabilities and to ensure an organizational climate that generates automaticly the long and medium term targets (3C- new Concurents, new Co- workers, new Internal Committees);

6) Develop a healthy sense of urgency throughout sales and engineering departments in order to put into practise the innovation plans;

7) Develop a management based exclusively on the clients demands - make sure you understand completly the words ”client value”;

8) Develop a copywright management and cooperate with consultants;

9) Develop the processes/ activities management and identify the valuable areas for the clients;

10) Conceive and monitor permanently the performance indicators for: productivity, quality, cost, delivery time, safety for work and environment.
